Damage Clause

DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT AND LET THE SHIPPING COMPANY LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE OPENED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED YOU PURCHASTE.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect shipment before accepting.  Receiver MUST note any damage to freight on the freight bill before signing the freight bill, and receiver should refuse to sign for/accept the shipment if damage is great.
